A little bit about what to expect on our private sunset CHARTERS:
Your Private Sunset Charter for Two begins at Magnetic Island Marina, Nelly Bay. One of the crew will meet you on the Pepper's Blue on Blue deck and show you to Pilgrim, the beautiful 58-foot sailing yacht.
THE PRIVATE SUNSET CHARTER FOR TWO
After a full briefing to ensure you feels comfortable and safe, we'll head out of the marina and pull up sails and go sailing.
Once under sail, you will be offered a selection of drinks including Champagne, selection of white wines and locally brewed beer. If you have a special request, please ask at time of booking. There is also a delicious local cheese platter to enjoy with your wine - be sure to try the homemade pumpkin chutney!
The crew are there to look after you, but will give you space to enjoy the experience with your loved one.
Shortly after the sun has set, we will lower the sails and motor back into Nelly Bay Harbour in time for your dinner plans.

TIMINGS OF THE SUNSET CRUISES
Our start time for the sunset cruise varies throughout the year depending on the time of the sunset. Please check your booking confirmation carefully, as this will advise you of the meeting time for your cruise.
December, January, February - we meet at 5.15 pm for a 5.30 pm departure. We return between 7 -7.15 pm.
If you are travelling from Townsville: Please catch the 4.30 pm ferry from Townsville (or earlier) and the 8.00 pm return ferry (or later).*
1st-17th March - we meet at 5.00 pm for a 5.15 pm departure. We return between 7 -7.15 pm.

18th-31st March - we meet at 4.45 pm for a 5.00 pm departure. We return around 6.45 pm.

MEETING SPOT
Please meet on the Peppers Blue on Blue deck, next to the car ferry ramp in Nelly Bay, Magnetic Island. One of your crew will meet you there and show you to the boat. Look out for someone in a white "Pilgrim Sailing" shirt!
After the cruise Pilgrim will return to the same location.
DIRECTIONS TO MEETING SPOT FROM FERRY TERMINAL
When disembarking the ferry, turn left immediately (before the terminal building). Hug the foreshore walking across the car ferry ramp to Peppers Blue on Blue, which is just after the ferry ramp. You'll see tables, chairs and umbrellas on the Peppers restaurant deck area, we will meet you on this deck. See detailed map here.

After the cruise Pilgrim will return to the same location.
