What to Expect

If you’re staying on the island, we’ll pick you up with a private chauffeured transfer. If you’re coming from Townsville? We’ll organise your return SeaLink ferry tickets—easy and seamless from the start. Your sailing experience begins at Magnetic Island Marina, where our crew will greet you with a warm welcome and show you aboard Pilgrim, our elegant 58-foot sailing yacht.

Set Sail in Style

After a short safety briefing, we’ll hoist the sails and let the island’s beauty unfold around you. You’ll cruise past Magnetic Island’s dramatic coastline—granite headlands, quiet bays, and turquoise waters—on your own private yacht with a drink in hand.

A Bay of Your Own

We’ll anchor in one of the island’s most stunning and secluded bays chosen on the day for the best conditions. Swim in clear, calm waters, float on our inflatable mat, explore the beach, or simply relax on deck. If conditions allow, snorkelling the fringing reef is also an option (gear provided).

A Gourmet Experience

Lunch is a true highlight—a beautifully curated menu designed to showcase the best of local produce and relaxed indulgence at sea. Expect dishes like locally-caught tiger prawns and Moreton Bay bugs, betel leaves topped with sticky prawns and peanuts, and Peking duck rolls with hoisin dipping sauce, all paired with premium wines, craft beers, or French champagne. To finish, we’ll serve petit-fours and a tropical fruit platter. Menus can be tailored to suit your tastes or dietary needs—just let us know when you book.

Cruise Back, Refreshed

After lunch, we’ll slowly sail back toward Nelly Bay, giving you time to relax, chat with the crew, or enjoy the views one last time. Wildlife sightings are common—keep an eye out for sea eagles, turtles, or even whales in season.
