Changes to how we operate in light of the coronavirus:
- COVID-Safe checklist is complete and Pilgrim Sailing is a COVID-Clean business. ✅
- No-one is permitted on board if they feel unwell or display any of the symptoms of coronavirus (fever, dry cough, tiredness, sore throat etc). We require a declaration at the time of booking confirming that should anyone in the group feel unwell, they will NOT board the vessel.
- Our cancellation policy allows for a full refund within 48 hours of date of the experience. This may be waived due to border closures or other COVID related issues. We ask guests to respect our business and provide as much notice as possible for cancellations. Thank you!
- All of our crew are fully vaccinated.
Good Hygiene Practices:
- Thorough cleaning with disinfectant before and after every cruise both above deck and below.
- All your crew are following good hygiene practices including frequent hand washing.
Physical Distancing Practices:
- We request that guests maintain a safe distance (no less than 1.5 metres) away from other guests at the meeting spot on the Peppers Deck.
- Only guests from one group permitted downstairs at any one time.
- Guests may move around the vessel, but we ask to respect physical distancing with other guests when you do.
